Made in France by Pierre-Bex of enamel silverplated copper with crystal rhinestones,
this brooch is 3.5 cm (1-½ inch) width.

Art-Deco turtle brooch with a green enameled shell, silver-tone metal body, and sparkling rhinestone embellishments.
